Who we are

We're a Nigerian nonprofit built around one idea: people deserve support exactly where life is hardest. What we focus on.

We keep our work concentrated where rights, resilience and peace intersect, rather than spreading thin across unrelated causes.

We protect and promote human rights, especially for people facing the hardest circumstances.

Disaster reduction & management

We help communities prepare for disaster, respond when it hits, and recover afterward.

Peacebuilding & conflict management

We train communities in non-violent conflict management and open dialogue that leads to lasting peace.

Featured project

Enhancing Peace in the Niger Delta

We trained community women, youth and traditional leaders in non-violent conflict management, in Amai (Ukwuani LGA) and Oleh (Isoko LGA), Delta State, working alongside the Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria.

We presented our findings at a public forum at the Orchid Hotel in Asaba on 16 October 2012, joined by HRM Monday Ossai, Dr/Chief Kate Aduba and Dr. Joseph R.P. Golwa, Director-General of the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution.
